Traditional simulations can still be computed using CPU only, but GPU acceleration allows more detail and increased iterations for better results in less time, and with less resources. Particleworks leverages a high CUDA core count to deliver the best performance.
One NVIDIA A100 GPU performance is equivalent to 480 CPU cores and features a high degree of multi-GPU scalability. An Exxact 4x-GPU workstation can outperform an entire CPU-only data center deployment (at over 1700 cores).
